How to transfer gpx files via macbook

Help, Does anyone know how I could transfer walks (in gpx or any other format) from walkingworld.com to by garmin via a macbook. I have tried and failed, probably operator error!!!!!:confused:

Works, as in, I haven't tried to download walking route etc., with it, but it does allow GPX files to be transferred to your GPS.
