I recently purchased a travel bug, I tried to activete it on the web and I then found out that I need an activation code. which was on the packet the travel bug came in.
My problem is the packet was thrown away and I dont have an activation code. Is there a way to overcome my problem?.

Send an email to contact@groundspeak.com with the tag number and they will let you have the activation code.

Be prepared to wait a few days for a reply though.
