Hello from South Cumbria

Hi everyone, I started geocaching in October 2014 and currently have 38 finds to my name. I cache alone or with my eldest son but it would be really nice to maybe find some local cachers to occasionally meet up with and learn from. Bye for now, Dodge.

Hi dodge20 - are you on Facebook? If so you might like to join Cumbria Cachers, a closed group for residents or people living up to about 10 miles outside the county. I'm up in West Cumbria but we have quite a few members from Kendal, Ulverston, Barrow, etc. There's also a public group, Caching in the Lake District and Cumbria, geared more to tourists.

Are they any events in Cumbria this weekend? We are visiting the west coast.

The only one I can find is this one on the 8th. Not exactly this weekend but it's the earliest one there is.
