then we all have to take turns to be the prime minister for a year. lets be honest we couldn't do any worse could we. and think of the peace and quiet if all the politicians and leaders of the world were no longer there. B)

i think anything is a valid left item if it is still wrapped up in it's original packet.
can we put all the people in who are insisting on calling this the mildest winter yadder yadder yadder.... it's only december. i think we've got a little bit of winter to go yet.
it's always got to be talk about the coldest/hotest/driest/wetest....... just damn well enjoy what ever it is! :

Ah. OK... you're a golfer... hmmm
Well, if I'm in a room full of golf balls, I'll issue them out to you as required for legitimate golf-playing action.
Just submit the appropriate request form to me, in triplicate

As a fellow golfer of erratic aim/ability I tend not to invest in any ball that comes in a box.

have to say that after the normal round of military golf (left/right/left/right) and the subsequent forages into the undergrowth i have never needed to buy any balls having found plenty of other peoples!!!

how could we cram daytime rain into the room? happy for it to rain as we need the water but why not overnight so that the days are clear to enjoy the sunshine.

This is quite a nice little room, this 101...
I could move in permanently. It just needs some new floral chintz curtains... a wicker basket for all those golf balls... a big cupboard (with a padlock) for all the Marmite, mustard and horseradish... a nice tea trolley
Mr Bush and Mr Bin Laden have agreed to share the next door double room with en sweet (humbugs)
You'll miss me when I'm gone :P
